PlumbFast keeps City building safe throughout fire service repair

Over a two-week period, PlumbFast Master Plumbers managed to keep the Melbourne high-rise at 34 King St safely “open for business” while they repaired and restored the emergency fire water supply on ground level.

PlumbFast located the crack to the emergency fire water supply under the footpath, but were then obliged to re-route the piping because of a significant tree rooting system at the site. Liaising with Melbourne City Council, water authorities, arborists and the building’s facilities managers, PlumbFast was able to keep the building operating safely throughout the period.
